Migration
Switching from inFlow
inFlow exports items, vendors, customers, and stock levels to CSV from Settings → Export. OneAce accepts the same CSV shape directly in Import → Items, with column mapping for SKU, barcode, vendor, reorder point, and unit cost. Most teams are running stock counts on OneAce within an afternoon.
Purchase order history and historical movements stay in your inFlow archive — OneAce starts from a clean transactional ledger on day one. If you need historical movements for accounting, keep inFlow read-only for 90 days while you transition.
