What you keep
The Sortly habits that already work, kept
Your team brings the muscle memory; OneAce keeps the surfaces familiar.
- Barcode and QR scanning through the phone camera
- Mobile-friendly item cards with photo thumbnails
- Photo attachments per item — no per-record cap
- Custom fields per item, surfaced on detail pages
Migration
Bringing your Sortly data over
Most teams complete the move in a single afternoon. Sortly stays read-only for the first billing cycle while your team learns the new flows.
Step 1 — Export from Sortly
From Settings → Export Data in Sortly, pull a CSV of your entries plus the photo ZIP.
Step 2 — Import into OneAce
Run the Items import wizard — it maps Sortly's SKU, quantity, location, custom-field, and tag columns automatically.
Step 3 — Run your first cycle count
Schedule a recurring cycle count by zone. The first run trues up your quantities and locks the new lifecycle in place.
