Account & Login

How do I create an account?
Go to https://oneace.app/register and enter your email and a password. You'll be asked to name your organization. After signing up, you'll be taken to onboarding where you can add your first item and warehouse.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires in 1 hour.
Can I change my email?
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Email. You'll need to verify the new email before the change takes effect.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This is irreversible—we'll delete all your data. You'll be signed out immediately.
I'm locked out. What do I do?
If you've made too many failed login attempts, you'll be temporarily locked out. Wait 15 minutes and try again. If you still can't log in, reset your password or contact support@oneace.app.

Inventory Management

How do I add items to OneAce?
Go to Items → New Item. Fill in the SKU, name, and any description. Once you've added an item, you can record your stock (Receipt, Transfer, or Adjustment movements).
What's the difference between a warehouse and a bin?
A warehouse (or location) is a physical place (e.g., 'Main Warehouse', 'Brooklyn Facility'). Bins are sub-locations within a warehouse (e.g., 'Aisle A, Shelf 3'). Bins help you track stock down to a specific spot.
Can I bulk import items?
Yes. Go to Items → Import and upload a CSV file. OneAce will guide you through column mapping, validation, and import. You can also set up integrations to sync items from QB or Shopify.
How do I run a stock count?
Go to Stock Counts → New Count. Choose items and locations to count. Invite teammates if you want multiple people counting simultaneously. When done, OneAce will show you the variance and let you post adjustments.
Do you support barcode scanning?
Yes. Go to Scan from the main menu. Use your phone's camera or a barcode scanner. In Continuous Scan mode, you can process multiple items quickly with audio feedback. Scanning is available offline too.

Integrations

How do I connect QuickBooks?
Go to Settings → Integrations → QuickBooks Online. Click 'Connect to QB' and authorize OneAce. Then map your items by QB Item ID. See our QB integration guide for step-by-step instructions.
How do I connect Shopify?
Go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify. Enter your store URL and authorize OneAce. Then map SKUs between Shopify and OneAce. OneAce will then sync inventory changes in real time.
What if I disconnect an integration?
Your OneAce data stays. Sync stops immediately. If you reconnect later, your item mappings are preserved. You'll need to reauthorize with the external platform.
Can I use multiple integrations at once?
Yes. You can connect QB, Shopify, and any custom webhook at the same time. OneAce orchestrates syncs so there are no conflicts. Be aware that two-way sync between QB and Shopify is not yet supported; plan your workflows accordingly.
Is Amazon integration available?
Amazon integration is under development. See /docs/integrations/amazon for details and to express interest. For now, you can sync inventory via QB or Shopify.

Billing & Pricing

How much does OneAce cost?
See our pricing page: https://oneace.app/pricing. We offer a free tier with limited features, and paid plans starting at $99/month for teams.
When am I billed?
You're billed monthly on the same day you subscribe. You can change your plan or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. If you select an annual billing cycle, you'll receive a discount. You can choose monthly or annual billing when you subscribe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing and click 'Change Plan'. Changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade, Stripe issues a prorated credit on your next invoice (not a refund to your card).
What happens if I don't pay?
If your payment fails, we'll send you a reminder email. You'll have 7 days to update your payment method before your account is suspended. Suspended accounts can't record movements, but your data isn't deleted.

Privacy & KVKK (Turkish Data Protection)

Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States (AWS). We use encryption in transit and at rest. See our privacy policy for details: https://oneace.app/legal/privacy.
Is my data GDPR-compliant?
Yes. OneAce follows GDPR guidelines for EU customers. You can request your data, correct it, or delete it anytime. See /legal/privacy for more.
What about KVKK compliance for Turkish users?
OneAce is working toward KVKK (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu) alignment for the Turkish market. The /legal/kvkk page is currently a draft policy awaiting counsel review and company entity registration — it is not yet a binding commitment. Final compliance lands before paid launch in Turkey.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Export Data. OneAce will generate a CSV and send it to your email. This includes items, movements, and counts.
Do you share my data with third parties?
No. OneAce does not sell or share your data. We only share with payment processors (Stripe) and hosting providers (AWS) as necessary to operate the service. See our privacy policy for details.

Mobile & Offline

Is OneAce mobile-friendly?
Yes. The app is fully responsive and works on phones and tablets. Barcode scanning and stock counts are especially convenient on mobile.
Can I use OneAce offline?
Yes. Stock counts and barcode scanning work fully offline. When you regain internet, OneAce syncs your changes automatically. Movements recorded offline are timestamped when completed.
Is there a native iOS/Android app?
Not yet. OneAce is a web app, so you use it in your mobile browser. For the best experience, you can add it to your home screen on iOS and Android.
How much data does scanning use?
Barcode scanning uses minimal data because OCR happens locally. If you're on a slow connection, give the camera a moment to focus. Offline mode avoids network requests entirely.
Does OneAce work on my older phone?
OneAce works on any smartphone with a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) from the past 3 years. If you encounter issues, let us know.
